We chose Ian Cubitt’s to build a granny flat, with suitable modifications to meet the needs of our medical issues. Our granny flat has ramps, wide doorways, plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair, sliding doors and a specially adapted bathroom. We could not be more delighted with the finished home. From pre-planning to completion we have been kept informed of progress. The site was always tidy, the tradespeople professional and polite, as were the supervising staff. The neighbours were very impressed with the low noise levels and lack of disruption to them.
We chose Cubitt’s as they had 3 flats of different designs in their showroom, which we could inspect. They organized Council approval for us as our granny flat had to be built close to our neighbour’s fences. Work was performed very efficiently. We even had some work done on a few Saturdays. The work was completed on time. We have no hesitation in recommending Cubitt’s.
The granny flat is nearing completion nearly a month ahead of schedule, with little to no problems, with all carpenters and trades being respectful and professional with their level of work being flawless.
