We’ll assess the practicality of your project, identify what Council needs must be met and make sure there won’t be any unexpected challenges or costs associated with your project.

   

• Step 3 - Tender. Once we have a clear picture of your vision and have ascertained the feasibility of your project, we will provide a transparent and highly detailed tender for your consideration. Your money matters, and it matters to us, so we’ll provide you with 100% clarity on costs and your concept for your consideration.

   

• Step 4 - Contract. We will prepare your contract and can provide information to your bank if required to ensure your financing runs smoothly. Our industry benchmark contracts meet all Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Master Builders NSW requirements for absolute peace of mind. Sign your contract, make your deposit and we’re ready to start!

   

• Step 5 - Selections and Settlement. Now comes the fun part! At this stage, you will sit down with your designers and consultants to choose colours, design elements and finishing touches to ensure the project matches your design vision.

   

• Step 6 - Approval. At Cubbit’s we have an in-house council planning team who can handle every certification and approval on your behalf. We will deal with every specialist and consultant from building certifiers to bushfire consultants to the council, to ensure your home extension is fully certified and ready to build.

   

• Step 7 - Construction. Our hand-selected local Sydney building team will get to work on your beautiful new home extension. Your dedicated site supervisor will be available any time to answer concerns or queries, so you’ll always know where you’re up to and what to expect.
