Once the green light is given, we provide the option to manage the demolition process, alleviating any additional stress. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can independently oversee this phase. Demolition costs, ranging from $30k (no asbestos). With your needs in mind, we offer flexibility and solutions that cater to your preferences, ensuring a smoother transition to your new home.

At the end of your session your consultant will take your floor plan and instructions back to our planning team where they’ll do a thorough site check. With the tick of approval we can then proceed to architectural Design Pack stage where you'll work with a home designer who will design for your vision and budget.
Our Design Packages identify any potential hidden costs upfront and give you the assurance that your tender price is a true reflection of the actual build costs, providing you with all the pre-construction groundwork, surveys, reports, and paperwork required to get DA or CDC approval on your build.

The home, raised on galvanised steel posts, defies flood risks and showcases meticulous engineering. Featuring 2440mm high ceilings, coastal finishes, and a main bedroom with a walkthrough robe and ensuite, this residence exemplifies the pinnacle of opulence and personalisation.
Our clients have built their dream home. they required a lot of personalisation, including provision of some of their own materials which Cubitt's were able to accomodate.
