One of the most time-consuming aspects of the home building process is obtaining council approval (if via DA) or following the stringent requirements of Certifiers (when under a CDC). However, with our Passively Designed Homes we are in the best possible position meet Basix requirements for NSW builds, its a simple matter of customising your choice of design to your block's specific aspect and environmental conditions. Thanks to our proactive adherence to Basix requirements, our homes are primed to sail through the approval process.
