Canberra Granny Flat 70m2 with Two Bed Two Bath Completed in Scullin ACT

This Canberra Granny Flat was built for our Scullin client who sought a tailored living solution that was comfortable and functional.

Understanding their needs, we modified our standard Ellerslie design, reducing its size to 70m² while retaining its essence. With two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite, privacy and convenience were paramount in our design approach.

The L-shaped layout, adaptable to unique land features, ensures harmonious integration with the surroundings. The design was customised to site requirements including a sloping block. The external colours were chosen to blend with the main house.
