Our Granny Flat designs range in size from smaller 40m2 designs all the way up to 9-m2 designs that are suitable for the UK. The usual size for a Granny Flat is 60m2 - but we understand that you don't always have that much space!

On display in our Sydney showroom is this modified Telopea. The Floor plan design for the Telopea is 60m2 but as with all our designs, they can be modified to suit your requirements. This particular modification has streamlined all of the spaces to reduce the overall size to 52m2.
